(1) The Government of Nepal shall appoint an executive director from among cardiologists to run the day-to-day administration of the center as the administrative head.
(2) The term of office of the Executive Director appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be four years and he may be re-appointed.
(3) The work, duties and rights of the Executive Director shall be as prescribed.
(4) The center may appoint technical and administrative advisors and employees as per the need.
